We believe that we are capable of living a life far greater than we could ever imagine but we must dig deep to reveal what is already placed within us.
Being Alpha goes far beyond pride, ego, or entitlement.
It means being the one willing to go first, set the standard, lead by example, and stand firm in who you are.
We’ve been called for a purpose much greater than ourselves. To walk in that calling, we must make the conscious choice to release what no longer serves us and fully embrace what we were created to do.
Our mission is to empower individuals to discover their potential reminding them that their past does not define their future. We believe in the power of community.

Albert Jesus, CEO and Founder of Alpha Journey Leadership and Self Development, has a remarkable journey that shaped his path to success. Born and raised in Anaheim, California, in challenging circumstances. He grew up living in a one-bedroom apartment with 10 family members. Albert always harbored a deep-seated ambition for more and a desire to uplift others. Despite being considered an underdog with many betting against him, Albert defied the odds by joining the United States Marine Corps, where he served for a decade.
Choosing a different path, Albert turned down an offer to join the police department to pursue a career in the fitness industry as an intrapreneur, working to empower others while supporting entrepreneurs. His leadership and vision led to building a team that achieved astonishing growth, expanding the business tenfold within a year. Albert’s focus on creating a culture of intrapreneurs dedicated to mission accomplishment showcases his commitment to excellence and empowering those around him.
