Albert Jesus, CEO and Founder of Alpha Journey Leadership and Self Development, has a remarkable journey that shaped his path to success. Born and raised in Anaheim, California, in challenging circumstances. He grew up living in a one-bedroom apartment with 10 family members. Albert always harbored a deep-seated ambition for more and a desire to uplift others. Despite being considered an underdog with many betting against him, Albert defied the odds by joining the United States Marine Corps, where he served for a decade.
Choosing a different path, Albert turned down an offer to join the police department to pursue a career in the fitness industry as an intrapreneur, working to empower others while supporting entrepreneurs. His leadership and vision led to building a team that achieved astonishing growth, expanding the business tenfold within a year. Albert’s focus on creating a culture of intrapreneurs dedicated to mission accomplishment showcases his commitment to excellence and empowering those around him.

STATEMENT
Albert & Maria created The Alpha Journey as a path of self-discovery to help you uncover who you are, what you’re capable of achieving, and who you are destined to become, no matter what season of life you’re in.
We believe that we are capable of living a life far greater than we could ever imagine but we must dig deep to reveal what is already placed within us.
Being Alpha goes far beyond pride, ego, or entitlement.
It means being the one willing to go first, set the standard, lead by example, and stand firm in who you are.
We’ve been called for a purpose much greater than ourselves. To walk in that calling, we must make the conscious choice to release what no longer serves us and fully embrace what we were created to do.
Our mission is to empower individuals to discover their potential reminding them that their past does not define their future. We believe in the power of community.
Individually, we are strong. Together, as WARRIORS, we are unshakeable.
We are here to build a movement of men and women who lead with purpose, character, and faith. Creating transformation within themselves, their families, their businesses, and ultimately, the world to serve others and create lasting impact.

THE ADMISSION
The Admission is the start of rebuilding/renewing your mind. It encourages you to reframe your way of thinking and look at life through a different lens. This is where it all begins. Who do you want to be? What do you want to accomplish? What more can you give? This is the admission to your new life.
THE AUDIT
The Audit is personal mentorship with Albert. If your goal is to dig deep and fulfill your God given purpose, this is for you. This is a raw/unfiltered deep dive into who you are and who you know you are destined to become. If you're tired of playing small and ready to elevate your life then it's time to Audit who you currently are and get to work.
THE ARENA
The Arena is a LIVE event designed to help you get to the next level of your life. It is an opportunity for you to go to war with yourself and fight for the life you're capable of living. It doesn't matter what season of life you are in, the truth is you're destined for more!
